This is a buffet, but guests are not left to work it out alone. The food is arranged across staffed stations, where the team guides each guest and places the chosen dishes on the plate.
Chef Petre’s team sets up the buffet, the professional catering stations and the food presentation at the agreed location.
At each active station, a team member guides guests through the selection and puts the food on their plates.
Chef Petre leads the food as Executive Chef. One waiter is included in the base package.
Extra cooks or waiters are added when the guest count or station plan requires them and are charged separately.
The crockery and cutlery used for the agreed Royal Banquet service are included in the menu price.
Cleanup connected to the agreed buffet service is included in the menu price.
The guest count shapes the menu and staffing, but the venue matters too. Access, available space and the station plan need to be discussed before the service is fixed.
If the venue is not yet chosen, Chef Petre can recommend options in Amsterdam and the surrounding area according to the wedding style, guest count and budget.
Share dietary requirements before the menu is fixed. Possible adaptations can then be discussed dish by dish.
Any agreed adaptation depends on the menu and service setup. An allergen-free environment is not guaranteed.
