Scope and enquiries
These Terms govern chefpetrecatalin.nl, which presents private-chef and event-catering services offered by PetreCatalin in the Netherlands.
The website does not provide online checkout.
The optional chatbot uses artificial intelligence to answer general questions and to help qualify and prepare enquiries or quotation requests. Its output may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date and must not be treated as professional, safety-critical or contractual advice. The chatbot cannot conclude a contract or confirm a booking, availability, price, menu, dietary accommodation or allergen safety. An authorised person must separately confirm any quotation, booking and service details.
An enquiry, WhatsApp message or quotation request does not by itself create a booking or service contract. A booking becomes binding only after the parties separately agree on the service, date, location, price and conditions and PetreCatalin confirms it.
Website information is general. Menus, availability, prices and descriptions may change. A quotation is governed by the validity period and conditions stated in it. Customers must provide accurate information needed for a quotation and service.
Do not use the chatbot or general website or social-media messages for safety-critical dietary or allergy information. Allergies and safety-critical dietary requirements must be discussed directly with Chef Petre by telephone before any booking is confirmed. A chatbot response does not confirm that an allergen can be avoided or that a request can be accommodated.
Acceptable use
You may not disrupt or access the website without authorisation, submit unlawful or harmful content, scrape or overload it, impersonate another person, or submit another person's data without authority.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website design, text, branding, photographs and original materials belong to PetreCatalin or are used with permission. They may not be copied, republished or commercially used without permission, except where law permits.
External services
The website contains ordinary links to third-party websites, including Google Business Profile and Instagram. If you follow a link, the third party’s terms and privacy rules apply. The current website does not embed Google Maps or review widgets. The optional chatbot loads third-party services only after deliberate activation, as described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Availability and liability
PetreCatalin aims to keep the website accurate and available but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing excludes or limits liability where prohibited by mandatory law, including consumer law.
Changes, law and complaints
The Terms may be updated when the website, services or law change. Dutch law applies without affecting mandatory consumer rights. Complaints may be sent to petrecatalin.chef@gmail.com. The competent court is determined by mandatory procedural and consumer rules.
